The memory foam mattress was criticized for being lumpy and too firm, making it tough to get a good night’s sleep. the shower had unpredictable temperature fluctuations, and the en-suite bathrooms were on the smaller side, making them feel cramped.

I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room for 2 nights. The bed was super comfy and spacious, which made for a great night's sleep.
